Shane O'Grady is the Head PGA golf Professional at Blackbush golf club since 1995.

Shane has developed a holistic business since then developing some of the best member services for the club in the country and developing his coaching Academy to getting worldwide recognition producing wide range of golfers from get into golf beginner new members to European tour players and Lpga tour players.

Some of the best Amateur and professional women and men golfers have visited Blackbush over the last 26 years to experience Shane's coaching talents. This was highlighted in 2004 when 2 time major winner and Ryder cup captain Jose Maire Olazabal visited Shane for a coaching session.

In 2020 Shane was listed in the top 50 golf international golf coaches in the world and was recognised by the PGA in 2012 with a rare accreditation of Advanced Fellow PGA Professional.

Shane prides himself on having trained 14 PGA professionals through the years and all have gone on and been very successful in the game. Although he has been very successful, he is at his happiest helping the members on a day-to-day basis and trying to help the club golf teams win a GUI or ILGU pennant.
